Maybe because this movie visuals are very marvel-like while eternals fight scenes and everything feel so different compared to other marvel movies. Personally, I love Eternals a lot because its newness is refreshing and its actually really good, just a bit rushed.

It's like they have a signature style of showing scenes that makes the viewers know that it is a marvel movie. In Eternals, the style is different which made me think it's not a marvel movie when I first saw it.
