I mean critical chance is all rng. I dunno how many times I've had like 80 percent critical chance and not crit 3 times in a row and the enemy adc with 50 percent critical gets 3 crits Ina. Row and wins fight. -_- also Zoe is easy to body in lane. I've beat her on lux, Tristana in mid (cause Trist can jump back under tower and outta her q range b4 sleep starts.) And quin mid cause I swapped with our mid cause she was scared of zoe. Also male and Diana beat her in lane. Any assassin beats her if they get ahead. Hell a behind zed ult basically 1 shot her if he qs 1st. All adds 2 auto her late game. Her bubble was nerfed so she kinda just dies if she misses cause she has no escape. The rng your talking about I can see being an issue but that's just like a crit. I mean she can get near usless one from minion drops. And sometimes she gets good ones. But let's keep in mind every champion can have that with klepto except you can sell those with zoe you got 20 seconds to pick it up and then a. Short time to use it or its wasted.
