I learned something from you about beginning where I want, I don’t have to begin with the border all the time. I’m going to begin now with the pink house.😊
I stitch patriotic all year, the general colors of my decor. Glad to see your plan for next year. I like to add patriotic Christmas Santa’s or an, with a flag.
Have a great trip and retreat. Stitching = zero but pattern and supplies purchasing = lots! I'm too busy with work in the summer months but autumn and winter I have more free time so in the meantime I plan and plot! Number 2 is my favourite x

I had every intention of stitching Christmas in July, finishing Primrose Cottage Welcome to the North Pole, but, I started a Mill Hill kit Icelandic Horses, which I want to put on top of a box for my granddaughter, and it’s taking sooooo much longer than I anticipated! I’ll be lucky to finish it by the end of July! So I may do Jolly August instead! 2,3

I’ve never done a WIPGP board, but I absolutely loved the whole WIPGO / Patriotic only idea for next year. However, I tend to be a monogamous stitcher, so that may be hard for me to stick with. Even the “Christmas in July” was hard for me! I did it though (sorta). I started out strong with a start / finish Prairie Schooler 2002 Patriotic Santa….but quickly went back to 🇺🇸 stitching.
