A heavy unit can be a blessing because the added pressure helps to clean. I bought some floor cleaner (cheap as chips) and give the floor just the occasional spray near the mop head to help the steam clean. It gives off a fresh fragrance and actually makes the mop slide smoothly, the trick is to use it sparingly and to let the steam clean. I had some spare spray nozzles and found that they fitted the floor cleaner bottle so I am able to keep the identification of the contents clear and not misleading. Also the top hook for the cord can be quickly turned down to release the wound up cord but not all brands have this. Thank you for the video.
Hmm, did you add anything else to the tank besides Water? That could be a problem. Otherwise it could be that there is some dirt stuck on the Foot or microfiber cloth. It was like that for us too at one point.
