Hi, Mr.K. Very good selection to start with this series. By the way, is Databricks replaced with Synapse DE ?

In Fabrics, Synapse is the in-built component - but if needed we have an option to still use Databricks in Azure to transform all the data and then we can load the transformed data to OneLake in Fabrics.

In ,my personal experience the Data Engineering role is growing rapidly and the opportunities is more compared to ML engineers job, but end of the day it depends upon your interests and goal :) All the best :)

Why fabric is not using databricks, they want to use synapse dataware house with spark engine, but I heard using databricks the processing will be fast and set up is easy to use. Can you pls help me to understand this, as far iam thinking microsoft want to use it own services than promoting external company

In Fabrics, Synapse is the in-built component (no Databricks at the moment) - but if needed we have an option to still use Databricks to transform all the data in Azure and then we can load the transformed data to OneLake in Fabrics.
