Galdi’s automatic filling machine series RG80 is designed for the forming, filling and sealing of Gable Top paperboard cartons.
Thanks to its medium production capacity (up to 3500 cartons per hour) and to its high hygienic performances, this packaging machine is ideal for medium and large manufacturers and in its Ultra Clean configuration is ideal for sensitive food products.
Cross sections: 57x57, 70x70, 70x95, 91x91, 95x95 mm
Volumes: from 250 to 2000 ml
Products: The machine is suitable for the filling of:
ESL milk
Fresh milk
Plant-based beverages
Cream
Drinking yoghurt
Fruit juice
Liquid egg
Other liquid food products.
It handles all viscous, liquid, foamy products, or pieces up to 10 mm.
