I stack/collect vintage rounds, but buy generic/cheapest rounds to melt and pour with :) I get into trouble when the generic/cheapest rounds are also vintage that I don't already have...
You've got some nice rounds there! I've just realized that I have only one Buffalo Round left! I had a tube +, but I've given most away! Lol. Stay safe ,Michi!
Buffalo rounds are great because you always need to be able to consistently buy some amount of Silver that you don't exactly like or are exhausted with. Why? Because you don't want to be stuck with 500 or 1,000 ounces of Silver that you have an attachment to. Buying Silver that you don't especially like is an important principle of stacking, if your Silver is meant for use in some kind of extreme emergency or for future barter. I'll be buying either some generic rounds and/or generic 1 ounce bars this Friday, though I'm actually needing to buy ASEs. I'm light on ASEs currently, but I'll just buy a little of whatever is available. Good video! Keep stacking!
I think one should stack what one likes. Afterall, it's one's collection. All items count. Some people choose to stack the primo stuff while we like a variety of generic and numismatic pieces. Keep at it @MichiStacker
Informative video full of beauty and wisdom. TY for sharing.
Great info on generic rounds.
Awesome vintage rounds Michi 👍
I got a sunshine minting bar at my lcs today! Thanks for the video! 🙂
I love the Buffs for weight. Love that vintage for my deep stack.
