So good. Aiden is really thoughtful and an excellent describer of climbing movement. Very interesting point about closed crimping/back dominance vs open handing/front dominance. Looking forward to thinking about that during my next board session.

Love the podcast and love this format of short clips. The editing and seeing some footage for context is excellent.

A main reason for Aidan's results is his in depth analysis of self and others' movement.

Love having someone as cerebral as Aidan around that can speak about climbing at this level, he is very well spoken and has a great attention to detail. More!!

Aidan seems to have a great way of analysing and communicating his analysis. Not many people can articulate climbing to this degree.

As soon as I started noticing how much Aiden says "like" it became really hard to listen to without noticing. Please dont, it's really like, distracting.
