I feel like what Americans need to understand about Tim Hortons is, yes, it is technically a coffee shop but, it’s a “coffee shop” in the sense that Taco Bell is a “Mexican restaurant”.
Edit: I feel like my comment comes off a little harsh, but I do like Tim Hortons. I just think that their hot beverages need a lot of work, and that’s kind of a bad thing for a coffee shop? I’m not a fan of coffee in general, so maybe I’m not the best judge of this, but I think that there are three good options when it comes to Tim’s hot beverages and they are:
1. The apple cinnamon fog (really most of their teas are fine I just The foam that comes with having steamed milk)
2. The regular Hot chocolate but only from specific locations and never from downtown because I have gotten sad flavourless brown hot water too many times and now have trust issues. (also, for your own sanity never drink the last mouthful. It’s not worth it)
3. this one might be a little niche, but the seasonal sugar cookie white hot chocolate that was out in like 2015/2016 I loved it, and I am very upset that it never came back.

My cape has one. Though I did sew that so maybe it doesn't count.
Fellow frequent cloak wearer, my cloak has a hood, buttons, ties and armholes, but no pockets
