    🎵 Binaural Beats Explained
Binaural beats are auditory tones that are created by playing two slightly different tones in each ear. When your brain hears these two tones, it creates a third tone, which is the binaural beat. Different frequencies of binaural beats are associated with different brainwave states:
    Alpha (8-13Hz): Relaxation and creativity
Beta (13-32Hz): Alert focus and concentration
Gamma (32-100Hz): Peak awareness and cognitive function
    🌐 Understanding Beta Waves:
Alpha waves, operating at 8Hz, promote a state of relaxed alertness, ideal for enhancing creativity and improving learning potential. By harnessing alpha waves, students can unlock their creative flow and optimize their focus for more effective studying.
    🚀*Enhance Your Productivity*
Whether you're a student, professional, or working from home, harness the power of binaural beats to sharpen focus, improve memory, and banish distractions! 🎓💻
    💡 Tips for Maximum Effectiveness

@@DailyFWorthSo glad you like them! 40hz are the main frequency we will be uploading as there is the most evidence to prove their usage, but we will do something a little different from time to time. Beta is more appropriate for when you are reading books/papers or not needing to hit deadlines, alpha is good for creativity and calming down whereas soon we will be releasing a delta track to help your brain relax after smashing the books with 40hz. Thanks so much for subscribing! There would be no point to the channels without you guys ❤

Like any music if it is too loud of course it will be damaging. Also be sure to not listen for too long. Take breaks and wind down properly after a session. A full how to and info video is coming soon so watch this space 🙏

Hey, thanks for being here! We love gamma for flat out revision beast mode! But beta is better (excuse the pun) for when you need to acomplish tasks that require new learning and cognative function. Both are great tools.
