ASSAM is a 100% organic state and Bhudism originated in Bihar, INDIA spread through silk route to ASSAM , TIBET and all the way to japan TIBET occupied by CHINA (TIBETTIANS are living in india as refugees and also have Special force regiment of INDIA) so maybe that would be the reason of that culture.
