I love Maybelline Superstay matte ink formula and longevity. It is not drying at all, does not emphasize lip lines but stays all day and can only be removed with oil-based makeup remover. I have been using it as a staple for 5 years. But it's not cruelty-free. I have used the the OG formula of Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip in 2017-2018 and I hate the way it felt. Soooo drying. The darker the shades, the drier they got. I bought Bumble, Love Bug and Speed Dial. I could only stand speed dial but the shade was too light for me because I was more tan back then so I could only use Bumble as my everyday colour, which was soooooooo drying. So I really wish this reformulation of Colourpop Ultra Matte Lip is comparable to my Maybelline Superstay Matte Ink in terms of comfort (and also longevity) so that I can replace the Maybelline one with the Colourpop one, which is cruelty free.

It's something you would know if you were a fan of Colourpop since the beginning. Aquarius was also one of those super OG shades. I do wish they'd bring back More Better, loved that. Regarding the reformulated Melonade, is it more true red or blue red?
