This is only the second track from you I hear so far, but holy hell I'm in love with the pace, the composition, the nervousness, and the incredible clean sound among other things. Instant like. We've been hearing a lot of synthwave with noticable metal roots, and this is definitely more on the electronic side, but as a former edm and trance lover it tickles my heart just the right way. Reminds me of one time a man was following me at night, took multiple left turns to be sure, and I was so fed up with this kind of intimidating behavior that I just faced him, stood my ground with a wide stance and he just went in an alley After this I was shaking but damn I felt so powerful that night We shouldn't have to be afraid of men when just going home at night.

Hey, thanks. Glad you enjoyed it. I came up with the concept before writing the song. That was one of the first things I thought of (the footsteps turning into the beat). As for the voice lines in the intro, that was from some old public domain movie I sampled.
