This is honestly the most underrated dnd channel. The way you guys explain and provide illustrated examples for much of the content here is great for old and new DM’s to learn something. I never leave comments for videos, but I had to let you guys know about the great work.

Aw man, I loved your art style. Please don't go anywhere for long. I love your content. In particular, I'd love to see more trap ideas as well as some new puzzles.
You should even go through some of the older edition books to curate a showcase of old, forgotten traps/puzzles.

Your artist is great if simple animation you guys do make is to taxing don't wory about it I'd be happy with little to no animation. The content and fresh creative ideas are what I love about your channel because they are simple and easy to implement in a game and make more complicated of the DM chooses. I will miss your content during your break but look forward to when you all come back.
Animation and illustration is a demanding task. I like you guys content. Get a good recharge in and come roaring back!

It's a bummer but completely understandable. Hopefully you all can find ways to reduce the workload on your illustrator moving forwards. It would be a real shame to lose them since the art style is really one of the things that brings this channel over the top. Would love love LOVE to see some of this art later down the road in a published game supplement or module! You guys really have what it takes.

Not sure how I feel about this. I guess it really depends on how long your gone and what changes you make to the channel. To tell you the truth, this is usually when I unsubscribe. Because the changes end up being so dramatic it's not even the same channel anymore.
Only in time will we both know.
