    I havn't heard of Wilkes before, but he keeps showing up on Otis Gibbs channel so I thought I'd give his band a listen. I was expecting country, bluegrass, oldtime or maybe blues but this reminds me of Tom Waits, which I also enjoy - Nice song, I like it. I'll check out more of his stuff.

    Good song and performance. Sadly under-recorded and badly mixed, can barely hear the bass. Consider that this TV studio probably has 50K work of audio equipment, yet the audio quality sounds as bad as something from 1920s megaphone era.
