Hi. I setup my printer originally directly to my wifi with no problem. I was able to print anything from any phone in the house. Sadly, I moved and had great difficulty to set it up. Luckily, my husband was able to set it up but with a problem. Now, I must direct anything I want to print to my pc and then print from the pc. When I try to print from my phone, I get a "no air printer" found. I called Epson directly, they said there is no air print capablities with this model. NOT TRUE! I set up the printer so everyone could print from any of their devices. I think I need to set the printer up to the wifi, not the computer. Please send me your thoughts and suggestions to get back my air print function! Thank you.
Hi, You have to do wifi setup. You can do with laptop or mobile phone. Delete printer from phone or delete the app and then reinstall app and do wifi setup and add printer again. Once it is on the wifi then it will work again.
It cant get through the last part: “Wait until the product’s wifi setting is complete…” just stuck there forever before it fails and i have to start over again and re enter the password 😢 just trying to help my grandma because this printer is expensive and worked perfectly until she got a new router.
