@@domidunks thanks bro, I was thinking the same thing, my first attempts the lobs were even lower then my regular lobs and I started getting closer when the lobs were closer to my normal lobs

- Knee Isometrics
- Went on the bike for 10 min
- Dynamic Stretching
- Sprint Drills
- Slowly progress jumps (10% to 100% effort)
