Spend a little extra time and make your own crates, or just build the stand without crates and ad alot of 1 x pine boards instead. You will still have the same stand and keep your costs down. Helps alot if you have a tablesaw or a track saw and a brad nailer, but always use wood glue also. I know alot of people can't afford a good tablesaw or have a place to keep one though. They do also make portable jobsite tablesaws that fold up for easier storage.
Those crates are 15.00 each here and the wood pallets that used to be free or 5.00 are now upwards of 50.00 it's a beautiful project but wayyyyy expensive !!
It sure seems like you've stolen, downloaded, combined, and reloaded 3 videos from two other creators and posted them to RUclips as your own. Is this the only way you know how to create content? What a lazy way to create a RUclips channel!
Hi @GeneJordan, to clarify, we work with these creators directly - the projects are created specifically for Hometalk and the creators are paid for their amazing work.
This looks like crap. Go down to the thrift store and find a beautiful old dresser you can paint. Lots of drawers for storage. This looks like crappy Ikea cubby’s with a board on top.
$1 crate???? What store do those come from?
Dollar Tree
he said go to Michael's. You aren't getting a crate that size for $1. Even at any dollar store it won't be $1 for that size.
He said he got it at Michaels, they do NOT sell that size crate for $1, neither does $Tree! 😮
I think they corrected the title to the video. It now says $10
😂😂 tell me
The tv stand with crates is amazing
Crate stand looks great! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
The way the clamp just disappeared when he was using circular saw 😂😂😂😂😂

Absolutely awesome!!! You have vision, my friend!!!

Great project! Came out really nice!!!
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I guess...🙄
Sure maybe if you have a time machine you can travel back to Michael's maybe like 5 years ago to get the $1 crate.
I missed him saying the crates were a dollar. The tag on the shelf says $14.99.

Why didn’t you sand the top before prepping and painting the crate project?
Nice work and great voice over
Where dix you buy $1.00 crates???
That's Amazing. Thanks ❤
Glad you like it!
All that's missing is some happy little trees.
Look at all your equipment impressive 🤩
Love this
I didn't know Bob Ross was a carpenter also. Lol
🤦♀️ ugh right 🤦♀️ n straps...?? 🤷♀️🤦♀️
Thank you for sharing these wonderful, easy creations!❤
I am literally flipping out over this !!!!
That was just like Mr Roger’s Neighborhood building class. Thank you neighbor
Man you are ao right. I have a tv in my living room and i just destroyed all my plates and dishes when i saw this idea. Total flip out over here!
Awesome jobs! TY
Very nice
My 65 inch tv hangs on my wall in the living room.❤😊
Way cool ideas!
Isn't this causing stress on the television with heat retention? TVs need some air to cool down, even modern ones.
dude probably spends all his time building dumb stuff like this so his TV never even gets turned on.
How can you put one crate in the middle when you have four?
I think he marked the center and then placed the first crate adjacent to the center line
Sweet👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Brilliant
That T.V. frame.....lol
OMG! I am FLIPPING OUT! AaaaaAAaaaAaa! 🤔😂🙄
If you have the tools for this then you have the tools to make the crates
10.00 crate
Why not mount the TV to the wall... saves space.
As a renter I’m not allowed to hang anything like that.
I lovet it.
AWESOME
U didn't prime the trim piece!!!!
I was just going to ask that
The only problem i see is that the frame will cover the tv heat vents so you run the risk of over heating leading to electronic failure !!!
Yeah, nobody is flipping out about this
Pallets are 1.00 at ReStore-
Why in the heck don’t you paint BEFORE you glue it? Geez so much easier. Duh
Beautiful table however, the cost to build it is now about 150 dollars.
If this is flipping out to you, what would flipping in look like?
Sounds like Bob Ross.
TV frame: be careful not to cover the remote control receiving sensors.
Oh well, it’s better than the guy who covered his entire wall with faux bricks..
Work of art??
would have been easier if you painted them before nailing them together. Or a spray paint way to much dicking around for something so easy/
The only people that are flipping out are your relatives for embarrassing them by posting this !
Sheesh... These ppl make ppl think they're stupid w their instructions 🤦♀️
Dollar tree
Why do you talk with a whisper it's weird and you talk a lot sometimes less is more......
Exact same style as Bob Ross.
Why do you care?
How can you use wood through the whole project and then use that cardboard trap for a framing?
Crate price ❓Tell this fella to speak to reality.. there's enuff fake influencer info on RUclips already
And trolls...
hope she doesn't end up with a Kitten or a boyfriend with a Kttten or cat
Shabby chic is done. Nobody wants that stuff anymore.
