Making my Strawberry Easter Cake

Easter is upon us, so I made a strawberry Easter cake with raspberry jam. The Himbeer Geist (a raspberry schnaps) gives it great extra flavour, but of course is optional if you want to avoid alcohol.
For the decoration you can use any type of Eater themed chocolates or other sweets.
Here are the ingredients:
• 250 gr flour
• 250 gr butter
• 250gr sugar
• 4 eggs (separated)
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1 tsp vanilla sugar
• 500ml whipping cream
• 400gr strawberries
• raspberry jam
• Himbeer Geist
• Easter themed chocolates for decoration
