I was about to do an interview for State Farm for this position but honestly this does seem so miserable 😭 I have a lot of patience but if someone dares scream at me the money won’t be worth it. My mental health is worth more!
@@rello2fine scary that the metrics must be the same at every company like mine too... i've only done about a year and a bit and i'm losing my hair like crazy! every time i run my hand through my head i have like 3 hairs.. non stop for 2 months now really starting to lose it. job is pure stress, and they keep me in with the compensation pay for overloading us with claims, basically forcing mandatory overtime (e.g. "you gotta work overtime you're getting behind no other way to say it, just put in like 4 hours sat morning it's worth it for how much we're paying you") but you don't ask for overtime they just overload you!
