  • After a few races of daily race B my DR is D with nothing in the bar. My comeback starts here.

Hello random fellow simracer! I had my first online win at this exact combination at GT Sport years ago!! It was awesome! Your lines I'd say are quite ok, it's two things you need to fundamentally work on: 1: Make more use of the track. @2:30 you leave a whole 2 meters on the left to brake on, it opens a wider thus smoother and quicker line through the chicane. Since your corner entry is too shallow, you have to also brake too hard and lose time.
2: Brake less. let the car roll more. That hairpin @2:16 is a good example. Trailbrake the speed of, and while you aim at the kerb; release the car off the brakes and let it roll freely, controlling the oversteer with a bit of throttle management. This also helps a better smoother exit while also being able to get on the throttle earlier.
Also, good content; keep hitting those apexes and exits!

Thank you for this excellent input! Those are definitely things I need to actively work on.

Hey kybo, in the last corner before the straightaway you can hit the apex in the corner while managing your throttle so you can have a good exit, you wanna use as much of the curb as possible on the straightaway

That's so scary pushing the exit as wide as possible. But I know there's a lot more speed when it's done well. Definitely something I need to work on. On some corners, i know an acceleration point, but I don't know it at that corner - it may be a "use the force" corner. Haha!

i feel like almost on every turn try to go as outside as possible without getting a penalty and dive into the inside but be careful with throttle so you don't spin out, and always keep your line unless your trying to defend your position, and i see you move away incase they break early way to early so try to move from behind them right before the braking zone.

Yeah, using the whole track is something I need to work on. Very good advice about staying in their slipstream as long as possible before the braking zone. I'll work on both. Thanks for the input!
