God damn it's crazy how insanely good the racing in Gran Turismo Sport is... You had like 8-9 people all within around 2-3 seconds of eachother at the end. You will never see this type of racing in any other game. Might be more intense than real life racing lol.
Haha, it was a great race! I think we worked together very well. If we had started fighting a lot earlier, we would have been caught a lot sooner and would have had no chance. I watched the replay and that tap on lap 16 really messed your race!

Just to clarify you don't need to use both compounds. You just need to use the compulsory tyre. So you coukd have split with 1 stop on meds. Hope that helps ya!

Hey Steve I saw Kie talk about the tire compound usage. It's not that you have to use both, it's just one compound that was required, in the Fuji gr. 4 race, it was Mediums. According to Kie, Tidge(?) Tried putting mediums on front or back and softs on the opposite, and it still counts. Thought I'd talk about it since it's not both tire compounds that had to be used...
After watching your vids for a year now and putting up with Forza. I’m finally getting a PS4 and G29🤩!Can’t wait for those FIA races. This is the type of races I wanted in GT5 😍
I managed to pull out a win here with the Hyundai doing a 1-stop strategy on Medium tires only. This was an S/A+ lobby. Had a good battle with an old friend to the finish, was an amazing race.
13:34 epic shot Edit: Those. Last. Two. Laps. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. It's really awesome to see this kind of driving in GT Sport (except for the getting slightly punted part in the last corner)
A few mates and I, got whole lot of bourbon, vodka and beer, we then had a shot for Ferrari, Mercedes and churn plus we slammed a beer. The hangovers were outstanding 😆😆😆
Great vid and a great result. One of the best races (not from the world tour) that I have seen. Well done. I was so tempted to go with Ferrari but left it too late to change. I have injured my leg so sitting out the past few weeks races. 😞 Hopefully back in the rig on Wednesday.🤗

I had the opposite in qualifying. Blocked on my first run then got pole at the end. I led a small pack away at the start. 2 stopped. Cut through traffic. Got the fastest lap. Retook the lead on the last lap. Loved this race in my Mclaren 😃
Maybe a Tipp for the next race @SuperGT: Do the Medium to Soft. Why? Because at the beginning your car is heavy so the Soft tyres would ware out faster. So if you put them on in the second stint your car is lighter an the softs dont ware out as hard as in the first stint. So you would be quicker at the end. Sorry for the bad english. It is late and i am not a native speaker.

I don't play the game however, how are some of these guys even in S rank? I get the odd bump here and there but honestly I don't understand how some of those players are that high in the ranking. That Evo guy literally 'rammed' every other users out the way. And those last two on that second to last lap kept trying to force you out when the gap wasn't there. As Seb would've said "Honestly, What are we doing here? Racing or ping-pong?"
I think its better to follow im the mediums so you dont lose too much pace going behind, you could keep close in the mediums too and then go for some aggressive laps in the softs

Loved this as a RWD . The 4C struggled on straight libes but it makes up for rest of tge track and tyre wear

Big fan of the GT games. I’ll be retiring in a year or three. A good PS setup with chairs etc may be the thing to keep the mind alive post 67 years.
