Thanks Kamal. On my 06 Cayenne that I've had about 3 months, the drivers side headlight fails every once in a while, and tonight the passenger side one just did it also. Shutting them off and back on always seems to fix it, but it's definitely annoying. Your video gives me a first thing to check myself. Thanks again!

Hi Kamal, I’m having a similar issue. Basically a slight bump in the road and one or both of my headlights go out on my 04 Cayenne. When I push the headlights then they almost always connects. But then it repeats the same cycle. Is there a way to fix this?

My tools from the trunk (the hexagonal socket tool) broke... Like the metal cam apart. Where can I get that part? I don't wanna pay $100+ for a new OEM kit.

Haha that’s funny, we’ll thanks man, I know you can also just use a normal socket and racket with an extension if you have that. I think it might be 6mm socket. Looks like you can find them online for around $15-$20 like on Amazon or Pelican Parts.

Hi Kamal, one question. Someone told when I want to connect daytime running LEDs to this type of Cayenne (my is from year 2005), I must connect it to the parking lights. Is that correct? If yes, which cable within the headlights?

I guess Kamal didn't know the answer. Did you ever find out? I might want to try the same on my 06.

Hi, what I did, I replaced the Bi-Xenon lights with new ones. Each hemisphere glass has a led strip around. This strip is connected to the parking light bulb. When turning the light on in position 1 the led light shines. In position 2, I‘ve the normal light. It is not what I wanted exactly, but it works and looks good. The new Bi-Xenon I purchased on AliExpress 🙂.

Thanks Thorsten. I'll have to look those up. So those replaced the entire stock headlight housings? Do they still have the side facing lights for when you are turning? That is one of my favorite features of the stock lights.

Great video. German engineers need to stop making vehicles period. All German vehicles are only beautiful in design but maintenance and durability are freaking insane complicated.
