Those deer were sure using your front yard as a meeting point (and an outhouse). Reminds me of where my brother lives on Vancouver Island. He's right on the water in Comox, BC and the deer are always walking up and down the road or through yards.

Man those guys were lucky you went fishing that day,Port Mansfield is one of my favorite places,I live about 2 1/2 hours away so we go every chance we get ,there's lot's of deer cause it's right next to the king ranch,you should go back when bucks have full grown racks ,there's monster bucks in your yard all the time, stay safe out there brother

Haha. I’m pretty laid back most of the time. They say to get big on RUclips you gotta act like everything is a big deal. I’ve tried and can’t do it. I can’t get excited over a 80lb hog we throughout the years I’ve shot thousands. You get the picture. Ain’t got it in me. Thanks Allen

They were wade fishing and the wind was so bad it took there boat. There power pole released some how. They got very lucky

They were actually touching on there tiptoes when I showed up but outta breath from chasing boat 800 yards . Tbey were on a spoil but laguna madre is not deep in 90%. I believe they woulda made it over night but it would sucked

You are good people, though I'd like to think that anyone out on the water would do the same. Those poor guys - I cannot imagine how scary that must have been. I cannot even think about what it would be like to be in that position overnight. That would be total darkness. Maybe there's a lesson here in wearing a life jacket of some kind when out on big water like that. I never wore one when I was out fishing, unless on a charter once and we had to lol, but it makes ya think that one of those flotation belts would be a good idea. The good news is that lifejackets are much less bulky than they were when I was able to fish. I swear those things were made with a chunk of styrofoam and a hack saw, haha.
Anyways, sure looking forward to the upcoming videos from this coming week (I gather you are heading home today as you posted this). I love it when your wife is on the videos... she's fun!
