- Fantastic heat output from this easy to assemble waste oil burner. π΄
Making a working waste oil burner is easy and in the video you can see how to do it with a few pieces of steel. This burner, my own design, made from a propane butane pressure cylinder, easily made my stove red hot. Consumption is only 2 liters of oil per hour.

Rad stove, genius burner design. When I converted the temp from C to F I almost shit.. WOW!!
Thank you for your comment, it was fun ππ
Nice build. How do you clean the fire box? And can we see the exhaust better?
For cleaning, there is a screw-down door in the front. not even a stench comes from the chimney. π
I have a similar oil burner design, I just take the lid off the top and use a pry bar to break up the crusty particulate build up then suck it out with a shop vac. I usually have to do it every week or so.
Thatβs cool. What diameter was your exhaust pipe?
100mm cca 4 inch
looks very similar to my oil burner. with mine I learned that i had to preheat the air before it entered the burn chamber, for better flame control. The pre heated air allowed me to change the air speed supplied by the forced air that feeds the flame, which gives me control over how hot the flame is. also my oil feed system is not drip style.
take a look at mine and maybe it will help you improve on it or maybe you can help me improve on mine.
