She's pulling the boards out of the caustic soda solution while wearing sandles? OSHA would have a stroke if this was in the states. There are probably dozens of regulations that would be violated by that here. She'd have to wear a complete chemical proof suit here. And we wonder why all our manufacturing jobs have moved oversea. We've regulated ourselves so much it's cost prohibitive. Great video, very informative. Thank you.

Kyunki aap screen printing use kr rahe hai, kuch sawal hai,
1. What is minimum size ( like a 4 mil or 24 mil) can be printed using chromaline?
2. My ink gets spread after i do solder masking, though i have a good setup, what can be possible reason?
3. After exposing chromaline we wash it with water, sometime my tracks breaks, or just melt out. How can i correct this?
4. A request to make a video on screen printing for pcb manufacturing.
If you answer my questions it will be very helpful for me, as i am new in this

You need more advanced setup for multilayer.
