Though I hope their black shirts are cumfy, I believe they wear them so we cannot date each of his shows which, of course, is great marketing. Correct me if I am wrong but the money you receive from RUclips largely comes from the number of views your video gets, Nick's 1-minute videos are getting the same number of views as his longer ones are, so why waste time doing the longer ones, right? They can crank out a bunch of 1-minute vids in one day and have them ready to showcase and then add in some longer more interesting vids once or twice a week. I have seen it happening in some other popular food channels and it will most likely become the norm soon but, I think Nick and crew have perfected it. Great job Nick and crew. I still worry about Nick hurting himself with his hands though, lol.

I understand that you shouldn’t use a metal spoon to serve caviar. What confuses me however is that throughout the production process the caviar is almost in constant contact with other metal tools and containers. So I wonder, is it only certain metallic substances that effect the quality of the caviar?

Few people know this but Missouri is actually one of the top caviar-producing states in the US. The Lake of the Ozarks is full of sturgeon, and some say they produce caviar that is just as good as the Russian caviar. It's much sought after. About a year ago a guy from California was convicted of poaching sturgeon in Missouri to sell the caviar to restaurants in California. Before he was caught he was making $5,000 a day by catching a couple of sturgeon each day. You can fish there but there are yearly limits.

My favourite way, that I can recommend is with a lightly toasted white bread, cream fraishe , chopped red onion and lemon. I know it's not traditional, but it really brings out layers of flavour.

Though I hope their black shirts are cumfy, I believe they wear them so we cannot date each of his shows which, of course, is great marketing. Correct me if I am wrong but the money you receive from RUclips largely comes from the number of views your video gets, Nick's 1-minute videos are getting the same number of views as his longer ones are, so why waste time doing the longer ones, right? They can crank out a bunch of 1-minute vids in one day and have them ready to showcase and then add in some longer more interesting vids once or twice a week. I have seen it happening in some other popular food channels and it will most likely become the norm soon but, I think Nick and crew have perfected it.

I understand that you shouldn’t use a metal spoon to serve caviar. What confuses me however is that throughout the production process the caviar is almost in constant contact with other metal tools and containers. So I wonder, is it only certain metallic substances that effect the quality of the caviar?
I’ve always heard that you shouldn’t use metal spoons on caviar because it’s easier to pop it compared to plastic spoons.
It’s because you can taste the metal in your mouth- the taste of the metal is rubbing off to your mouth not to the caviar.
Eggs have sulfur-containing proteins and it reacts pretty good with silverspoon. Maybe something in roe reacts with metal too.

Few people know this but Missouri is actually one of the top caviar-producing states in the US. The Lake of the Ozarks is full of sturgeon, and some say they produce caviar that is just as good as the Russian caviar. It's much sought after. About a year ago a guy from California was convicted of poaching sturgeon in Missouri to sell the caviar to restaurants in California. Before he was caught he was making $5,000 a day by catching a couple of sturgeon each day. You can fish there but there are yearly limits.

My favourite way, that I can recommend is with a lightly toasted white bread, cream fraishe , chopped red onion and lemon. I know it's not traditional, but it really brings out layers of flavour.
Imma be completely honest, I was not expecting someone in our age range (29-34) to be the one giving the tour and explaining the process of harvesting one of the most if not the most expensive delicacies in the world and he did an amazing job, idk why but I was expecting some crazy bald Russian guy with his own translator in a 3 piece suit.
