Middle. Im using this half way point to start a no buy 6 months. After doing a huge declutter of my house, i literally want for nothing. No clothes, self care products, cleaning products, laundry products, and pantry items. Its so nice to be decluttered and also realize that i want for nothing!🎉
Middle! Keep working towards those goals! I cashed flowed our wedding this year, got rid of PMI on my mortgage, and I’m planning on paying off my student loans next month. Next goal is to work on cash flowing a car.
Great video, Mary! 🎉 trying to get caught up on Your videos. TV picture went out, got C19 again 😢 been a month! Ill get Your videos caught up soon!! Have a great day! 🐼
My big “money move” this week wasn’t savings related but paying for a year of a language learning app so I can learn Danish. I hope to be nearly fluent by the time I move in 4-6 years
I'm retired and did so at age 42 with about $1.1M for two people. We had an advisor from Morgan Stanley in our corner. Maxed 401k for many years and then saved additional in index funds in taxable account. Our rate of return has been around 10% percent per year in the taxable account over the last 10 years.
For Marriott, the free nights certificates are very hard to use and their cards are super expensive! I thought about getting a Marriott card, but have heard from other friends that the free night certificates expire so they never end up using them and it’s a waste. We have the Hilton card and it’s OK. I don’t love it over Marriott so can’t say it’s amazing. We’ve gotten some benefits when using it for days so if you plan on staying at Hilton a lot then it’s worth it. We’re at the stage now where our kids are older so we need more space hotels just too expensive. Maybe get an all around travel card. Happy to help if you need suggestions
@@PenniesNotPerfection do you have any chase ink business cards? With your small business it’s a great card, 2 of them don’t have an annual free. There is currently the chase ink premier with 120k point offer, that one has a $95 fee. Capital one venture x is also a great card and another great business card is the Amex business plus which is 2xs on all purchases. I know you said you have other travel cards but if exhaust the above cards before moving to hotel cards since the above cards all transfer to hotels and from watching your videos y’all don’t travel enough for really utilizing all the hotel cards since they have can have expensive annual fees that may outweigh the benefits unless y’all really use them.
Matching my interests received in my savings account £25.46. Mary. Do you earn interest for this savings account? How often is it paid. I hope you are getting the additional passive income. Mine is paid monthly. Just curious 😊
Middle!! I prefer Marriott. I've had their Marriott Bonvoy Amex card for years & enjoy it. I prefer Westin & W Properties, but I like most of their hotels in general 🙂
What money moves did you make this week? How are you doing so far this year?
We invested $120 in our taxable account and $72 in my husbands Roth.

I’m also on a no buy. I have been since January. It has been so helpful to use up products and save money.

Middle. Pace yourself and keep moving forward each week

Yes, most are paid monthly. Mine usually pays at the beginning of the month.
I wouldn’t recommend Marriott. Would recommend Hyatt.
