I have never seen anyone hold up a serie of minecraft for more then 10 years, thats impressive!! When he stops i will still stay subscribed and i hope he will do the things he enjoys, its nice that he now stops his lets play series to take some time for himself and has realised we all grew up and we (it might sound weird or hatefull, but sorry its not meant in this way) dont need him anymore and we had one of the best childhood ever.
Minecraft will never be the same, you saw how big of an impact technos death had on the mc community and stampy ending his series will deffinitly be a big impact just like techno dying.
