    DD is such an awesome data destruction and recovery tool (gddrescue). I hope you mentioned DBaN in this video as well.

      Great point! You make me feel like I should redo the video because I didn't show DBaN. I will do another video in the future to cover this.

    The cat command can be used to do this as well so the command is 'cat /dev/sda > /dev/sdb' and to a file as well with 'cat /dev/sda > ./backup.img'
    dd can create a disk image using zeros as well

    your "face" is covering what your typing! can you do one for 40 gig the bs=4096 i dont know what size that is and the count would be what? 10000?
