Excellent presentation. Sherry of all types are delightful and should be tried by every wine drinker.
Just finished a chapter on this region in Karen MacNeil’s Wine Bible. This video did a great job of reiterating that chapter in a concise way. It might be time to start searching for a good Fino I think…

I normally don’t like biologically aged sherry but I had a bottle of Tio Pepe and it was so good.
Can you make a video about wines in Portland? Especially Port?
At first taste I thought it was maybe white wine aged in used barrels of cognac. I was unbelievably wrong.
Min 1:13 uhmmm.... Jerez is near the Atlantic not the Mediterranean.
