In my country it's also called "Mirror of the elves" and it looks a little bit like pansies, and the scent is to me a mixture of jasmine, vanilla and honey. Thank you for showing such lovely plants, I already have a jacob's ladder similar to yours (mine is called "blue pearl") but I've never seen Epimediums before, I would love to add some to the Fairy corner of my garden
