Then blame yourselves. Grand juries and juries for a trial are made up of regular every day citizens of that community. Not police, not government officials, regular people with common sense. Solution: No cop off duty should be wearing their on duty uniforms while working as a security guard. There should not be any officers (public servants) working past their 40 hours "stressful job" and still be carrying a gun. This cop assaults somebody doing a second job and he is treated as if there's nothing wrong with it, If a citizen did that he would wind up in jail that's where this cop belongs, He wasn't working for the city but he was wearing the city police clothes so everything you did was under the color of law, If the city allows him to wear the uniform doing other jobs then the city should be responsible, And if the city covered it up for all these months they know they responsible. Solution: No cop off duty should be wearing their on duty uniforms while working as a security guard. There should not be any officers (public servants) working past their 40 hours "stressful job" and still be carrying a gun. This cop assaults somebody doing a second job and he is treated as if there's nothing wrong with it, If a citizen did that he would wind up in jail that's where this cop belongs, He wasn't working for the city but he was wearing the city police clothes so everything you did was under the color of law, If the city allows him to wear the uniform doing other jobs then the city should be responsible, And if the city covered it up for all these months they know they responsible.
