@ What I like about what you say about meditation also resonated so well wallah. I was actually inspired by non Muslim religious work to find Islam practices so appealing! So try to meditate after Isha prayer and I practice breathing exercises after prayers. The older I get the harder it is to see God who is ready to punish me for your shortcomings but I did believe in “we reap what we sow” kind of idea. But again I think this conversation is so important and I am glad you were pondering it and now presenting it to whom ever you can inspire. Keep up!
