Then a very short "minosode" of THe Professor and Rockbottom when Felix stores his old nugget in Alaska in a hollowa tree, but it drops out, Rock sees it, wherepuon the sneaky canid puts in in another hollowaw tree! Thenm Prfessor, likewise, till Felix sees,m and corrects them, and plans to split thew gold untilk... Finally our old friend Vavoom and Felix in a "Hans Brinker with his finger inthe dutch dyke" when a major dam leaks, Felix sticks his finger a la the old Dutch storybook, and sends Vavoom to help.;.BUT...the dam leaks. PS The Conneticut Tanke omne is the best, with some unusal chamring instrumental music (descreibed above), and a hilarious in-joke nod by Rock to "the wizard'(the Professor) "Felix? I strongly feel that the cartoon show series of (FELIX The Cat) deserves the right to be rebooted for this generation of potential fans. I really enjoyed the late 80’s cartoon movie that was about his dramatic adventure on another planet, and to add I enjoyed watching the early 90’s show series of (Felix the cat’s) joyfully entertaining adventures.
If I can just say, this intro is from the early 90s when the series was re-screened on TV. They probably felt that the original song was too old fashioned for audiences then. Personally, I prefer this intro to the original. Mostly because I remember it better.
