I must say, I don't usually respond to any tutorials on youtube but here I hear no voice and don't get any written explanation but it's so clear and I can actually understand your steps. Sometimes I wonder how can an object not being color corrected and tones changed and still look belonged as you did with the boat.

any pc with 4gb ram/i3 will be able to run photoshop. I know this for a fact because those are my pc specs and photoshop runs smooth

I've followed this tutorial up to 5:44 and due to you not speaking, it's made this very difficult. I'm stuck at 5:44 and it won't let me remove the ring.
I can help u sir. Use add mask ini layer ring, klik tool brush choose soft brush, and drag area u want remove in layer ring
