HEADS OF THE VALLEYS ROAD NEW VIDEO - A465 dualling April 24

REAL TIME DRIVE-THROUGH. COMPLETE EASTBOUND. new road layout/lamps over Hirwaun GSJ visible near start. Massive crane being used to build gigantic crane just past Aberdare turning. Not much difference to my last video just general progress. Cefn Coed viaduct centre spans seem complete.
