This development and the development of the land surrounding the Angel Stadium is such low hanging fruit for the OC Streetcar as an extension up Harbor to Katella I'm amazed it's not being talked about. I know Disney fought it along Harbor but just imagine the connectivity between all this development, entertainment venues, Disneyland, and 2 Amtrak/Metrolink stations.
Thanks for the video! I don't live in OC or CA but am an Angels fan from out of state that likes to go out there to see games sometimes but I haven't been out there for a few years. This looks like it's going to be a great addition to that area when done! Can't wait to see it.
@@livinginoc Just interested in the homes there and I know lots are too, good family community I think. I saw that Brea and Yorba had one the highest growths in home prices and population so would like to see your standard review on it.
@@RayQ101 It's a beautiful area and surly a great area for families. I just recently sold a client's home in Yorba Linda and I can verify that its certainly on the rise in terms of interest and demand. Video coming soon!
I've lived in Anaheim my whole life (60 years). OC Vibe is a complete waste of time and money. Anaheim totally failed on both Garden Walk (just a few miles away) and the ARTIC (complete waste of money for the few people who use MetroLink or Amtrak). This will be 10 times worse. It's already horrible to try to park near the Honda center to see a Ducks game (had season tickets for 29 years) now we'll be jammed into a parking structure that will take an hour to get out of. We're not LA, we don't want to hang out downtown, we're suburbanites who want to spend time with our family in our backyards. When the Ducks won the Stanley cup 15,000 people showed up. When Chicago won it 80,000 people showed up. We don't center around public spaces, this is a horrible waste of money and will make going to a Ducks game a nightmare.
You say “we” as if your generation speaks for younger generations. That’s just not the case. Many younger people do not want to just hang out in their residential neighborhoods 24/7 when not at work.
Dear god, they are making something that could be grand, instead it’s going to be mostly parks, businesses, and restaurants. How exciting. The concerts aren’t going to be an everyday thing. It’s not going to be as exciting as LA Live, and LA live is smaller. 🙄 OC has no imagination or creativity.
@@Chinchuchwei_sr for sure. OC is lazy when it comes to doing something creative and fun. The last time that happened on a grand scale was Disneyland. lol
@@livinginoc I would love to see a grand indoor mall with a theater, food, and other forms of entertainment. Anything other than a park, we have enough of those. A hotel is fine, but we need more there.

The new renderings on the OCVibe website show a 30 story building next to the Honda Center. This would be the tallest building in Anaheim.
Lots of change coming to the city! Do you live in Anaheim?
@@livinginocNot currently, but Anaheim is my hometown. Yes, the growth is great for OC.
Just bought a house by Orangewood, three lights from Anaheim stadium. I didn't know about this! Got lucky

You’re very welcome! It will definitely be worth the trip when it’s finished.
Way to go Anaheim cant wait.
Please do a video on Brea/Yorba Linda, could do a combo video on this area of North Oc.
You got it Ray, I'll have this coming shortly! Is there anything specific about that area you're hoping to learn more about?

Looks nice but will probably be unaffordable for us common folk.

My thoughts too. I was expecting something more entertainment/restaurant/bar forward rather than just being another housing development
