My favorite skyscraper. Beautiful building
Absolutely gorgeous! My favorite building, too!
It's a gorgeous building. Built when buildings were more than just tall but, works of art too.
That Is true.
Nothing to deal with the major part of those that came later that are, as you said, just a race to the height
It may be the finest example of Art Deco architecture in the world.
@wmst5065 yes, indeed.
Empire State and Chrysler building are two classic skyscrapers, older skyscrapers looked more beautiful than newer ones.
The most beautiful skyscraper yet built
It's a beautiful building and one of the most beautiful in the world
Just back from New York. This building Is the most beauty full in the world.
All those old Art Deco' buildings in Manhattan are nothing but amazing.
My favorite skyscraper. Deco masterpiece. Tjanks so much for the video.
My favorite skyscraper.
We need a video like this for every important building in the world
Yes 😊 please
NYCs most beautiful skyscraper
The most beautiful art-deco building in the city!
The pinnacle of art deco.
Such an iconic building, probably one of New York's most famous landmarks.
The most beautiful building ever!
A stunningly beautiful building with height to match. All over ninety years ago.
My favorite skyscraper
Beautiful building
Still, one of the truly most beautiful buildings in the world.
Great video. Gorgeous building, I have seen inside the building and I appreciate the glimpses of the various floor layouts
I think it’s still is one of the most beautiful buildings in New York City.
You should more skyscrapers. Very informative
Great video of a great building in a nutshell ! Thanks
Majestic and iconic design
Thanks for your explanation !
thankyou for this informative video
wow, what a video. thanks. i would love if you showed whats in the crown
It's shame to see this building is getting overshadowed by your typical glass buildings now.
I LOVE 😍😍😍😍 CB
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Interesting
Please, make more videos💛, everything is very interesting. We have a subject at school called Technical English, and these videos are very useful!
Great video! I love the Chrysler Building, it has a beauty and slender grace almost like a propelling pencil. The Empire State is a much more solid broad structure. Both buildings compete fro our attention on the Manhattan skyline. The beauty of the Chrysler is the changing light as each day progresses- the building appears to change colour and tone and shimmers. At night the iconic upper levels act as a beacon. Amazing to thin the building is fast approaching its centenary!
You must visit the lobby.
Doesn't look real. A 1930 movie set.
Stunning in its beauty.
视频太棒了,建筑爱好者🎉
Awesome ! Thank's a lot ! But I would like to see the uppers floors where there was the radio station
A wonderful video, particularly as a student of architecture. Thanks!
Thanks a lot for the amazing video. It would be great the empire state building or the 432 Park Avenue 👍😉
Thanks for the suggestion!
New supertall buildings with no character are erasing this beautiful buildings image from the skyline.
It will be a sad loss.
I agree
Yes, they're bigger buildings, but the level of artistic architecture is not in my opinion matched anywhere to that of the Chrysler Building. I'm from Kansas, which is where Walter grew up, so a small town boy can make it in the Big Apple.
Shout out to ks
I wholeheartedly agree! It's the most beautiful building in the world!
This one and the Empire State where two of the last skyscrapers built in New York who where compatible with older styles. Modernism and postmodernism are not ugly styles in themselves, but they are hard to combine with classicism. From the 40's on, Manhattan was stuffed with huge boxes. Chrysler Building is a gem, but given its company, today this once so impressive building looks like a toothpick. It's a shame really.
There should have been one lone penthouse on the top floor.
You should have gone to the interior's top floor, but not the way I did--in a service elevator ..
It's my building from today.
I always have tought that people with a lot of money lived in the top floors... Damn i feel kinda disapointed
What about the Empire State Building?
Jared Owen already did
What's inside, do people live inside this building?
No, people only people work inside this building today.
Imagine Built in 1930
Ya know, if i worked on the 62nd floor and someone told me, 'the building is on fire and youre going to have to take the stairs to escape!' Id just hang myself with my belt. 60 plus flights of stairs is my kryptonite....
Most beautiful skyscraper, yet so boring..
Boring?! What do you mean?!
The Chrysler building mainly consists of just office space. The observatory deck is fairly new compared to the Empire State Building, World Trade Center or even the Vanderbilt building. It’s also small compared to the even more boring pencil towers outside of central park.
