- College Cribz tour at West Virginia University Theta Chi. This house was originally a hotel, so every room and floor is the same. All the rooms are singles and all have their own bathrooms. It fits 33 people but there are currently only 30 brothers living there. Some of the highlights was the large party room, the views over Morgantown and the really clean floors...

Pretty sure this is just a group of random guys not a fraternity. I read Theta Chi lost their chapter at WVU.
The first parts correct. Theta chi is still at WVU but this is NOT them. This was just a drinking club residing in that house at the time.
