    Preheat at 338℉(170℃), bake for 12-13 minutes at 320℉(160℃).
    ✏ Butter dough (common)
    235g unsalted butter
    185g powdered sugar
    3g salt
    50 g eggs
    4g vanilla extract
    ✏ basic dough
    290g cake flour
    40g almond powder
    ✏ Chocolate Dough
    75g cake flour
    10g almond powder
    5g cocoa powder
    ✏ pink dough
    60g cake flour
    8g almond powder
    1 drop of red food coloring

    30g dark coated chocolate
    Total 35g of white coated chocolate (20g for sky blue, 15g for red)
