@@Meladora1 Wish I could post a picture of it! I did it in shades of lilacs and purples. Your instructions are so good, I picked it up after all that time and voila!, I was able to start right back where I left off. I finished the last half in one day. Thanks again. I'll show my friends and tell them where to get the instructions.
Love this pattern. I don’t think it was too fast at all. It’s not a beginner project so I don’t think it needs to be slower. Can’t wait to make it 👍🏻👍🏻
I love this pattern. I always do what I call a practice run. I try few rows till I learn it. then start on my projects. sometimes I still make s couple of mistakes along the way but I'm familiar with the pattern and can usually catch them.
Good luck! I really hope it works out nice for you, If it does please come share a picture on the Facebook group Crochet 4 the Masses facebook.com/groups/215779478573549/?ref=bookmarks
hi I just love ur videos. Thank u so much for sharing this picot shell stitch. I seen beautiful Crocheted items with this stitch. I didn't know the name of the stitch until I seen this video.. so thank u ...
Oh lady, this is a georgeus stitch🌉I wonder how would it work for a cardigan, shawl or kimono?I loved the "courtain idea utilizing yarn..thankou so much, you are truly talented😉
Kristina Rankin i was also thinking that instead of triple trebles on first row for scarf, maybe do a double crochet instead, thereby lessening the big hole. just a thought. :)
honestly, just rewind, watch again and again until you get it, you can slow it down see the cog wheel? in bottom right corner of the video window? click on it and choose speed and pick a speed you can work at, if you slow down too much you wont be able to understand her but that is what pause and replay are for! lol
I love this scarf and pattern but I am curious about how you start the shell row. At the end of the row, you chain 2 and SC to the last stitch. How come you start with slip stitching to the first hole? Wouldn't it make more sense to chain 3,( SC + ch2) then start your triples? That way both ends of the line would be the same. Did you encounter problems when you tried it that way?
Meladora's Creations for Crochet Hi there. I'm kinda new to RUclips so I hope u get my message. I just wanted to say that your video really well done and I was able to follow along with out any problems. I usually have problems but I caught on to your directions right away! This is such a beautiful scarf I just had to give it a try. I'm really enjoying the pattern. Just one question, maybe I missed it but what yarn are u using? It's very pretty and I'd like to see if I can find some. Thanks again and I have subscribed to your channel since I find it easy to follow😃👍🏼
This is pretty. I’m wondering if it would make more sense to work dcs or hdcs on the beginning row to shorten the gap at the neck when starting the second half of the scarf.
Hi. could you please tell me what's the length of each skein. I have a skein that looks bigger so I wanted to know if it will be sufficient. It's 550 mt.
yea you were all over the place with this 1. you lost me at the end..I don't know where to go from that point so I'm sitting here looking at what I have and watch the video over and over hoping I missed something but I haven't...I don't want curtains or a tablecloth just really wanted this scarf..
So I'm trying to make this scarf but I'm stuck on the first row cause I've finished but my row is curved and I don't know why everytime I try to male something and it's suppose to be straight its always curved, do you know why that could be. Am I doing something wrong?
+βικυ πιτσιου - If you go into settings on the video, (the gear) you can change video speed from normal to .5 (or whatever you like) It helps on some videos.
You can slow down the video on RUclips if needed, everyone is at different stages of learning, so one video can not fill the needs of all, you must learn to slow it down if needed or pause the video :D
Gee, you go sooooo fast! I keep having to stop, rewind, and watch again and again to try to keep up with you. It's a lovely pattern, but please slow down!
+Sue Schultz I don't know how picot is pronounced in France, but I (in the U.S.) have always heard it pronounced with a long "o," a silent "t," and the stress on the first syllable. pi•cot (pēˈkō, pē-kōˈ) duckduckgo.com/?q=picot+definition&t=ffcm&ia=definition

i like the big holes...wonder if there is a way to make the entire scarf like that? reapeating the middle part

Its very beautiful. Could you explain what it means ''multiple 6+2''? For example 3X8=24 stitches?
βικυ πιτσιου Means to chain the length of the scarf you want but make sure the finished number can be divided by six. Then add plus 2 sts and begin
If i make these i would work a little tighter or use a number 4 needle.
I like it how many grams did you use to finish it
If you click on the pattern link under the video, it has all the information
beautiful👌👌
thank you so much...
BTW, It's pronounced peeko....long O and the T in silent. Great video. I'm starting this tonight.
thanks a lot
She goes pretty quick. Is there written instructions anywhere? Lovely frilly shells.
You can always find the link to the pattern with pictures in the description box below the video :D
yah it's pretty fast
@@Meladora1like to have written pattern
que linda!!!!!
it is a bit complicated but i took it as a challenge....thanks
Super bravo

Love this think I could do this for sure. Is there a place to get the written pattern?
+polarbear8304 There sure is. You can always find the link to the pattern in the description box under the tutorial.

Hi. could you please tell me what's the length of each skein. I have a skein that looks bigger so I wanted to know if it will be sufficient. It's 550 mt.
+Vasanti Lagali Jirge Think it's about 240 mts what I used
yea you were all over the place with this 1. you lost me at the end..I don't know where to go from that point so I'm sitting here looking at what I have and watch the video over and over hoping I missed something but I haven't...I don't want curtains or a tablecloth just really wanted this scarf..
good but to me I have to watch it many more times tq v much. Pm

You are going to fast. but scarf is pretty. Would like to see video on you going a little slower.
Nice job. Just wished you would of gone slower so that we can see what you're actually doing.
try slowing the speed of the video, you can in the settings ( the little gear)
Noelle Vishney indeed
fraggyDendron 6re
how would i do a border?
You don't put a border on it
Pretty. Just too fast😞

This is a lovely pattern. Need to slow down as you seem to be in a hurray.
Класс!!
i think it is complicated and you knit very fast.
βικυ πιτσιου If the speed is to fast, try the pattern with pictures

Try to use the pattern while you watch. It cam help you stay on track and also it will improve pattern reading. Good luck 👍
Way to fast instructions. Need to go slower.
+Lillianrose Paulino The pattern has lots of helpful pictures, use the video and pattern together and I'm sure you can do it
It's pronounced "pico" the "t" is silent.
+Melodee Monroe Yeah I keep forgetting that :D
not pi "cot" pico silent "t"
Picot is pronounced pee-koo. it's french like crochet, after all you don't call it croctch-it.
+Sue Schultz
I don't know how picot is pronounced in France, but I (in the U.S.) have always heard it pronounced with a long "o," a silent "t," and the stress on the first syllable.
pi•cot (pēˈkō, pē-kōˈ)
duckduckgo.com/?q=picot+definition&t=ffcm&ia=definition
.
Why
Because it's beautiful and warm.
It’s not pronounced pee cot it’s French pee Ko
too fast to learn
