This is completely ridiculous. There were plenty of times I was bored as a teen, but robbing/looting/creating chaos did not once enter my mind. Why does Fox consider this shocking? Why do I need to find something for them to do? This has been coming for a long time and now we are "shocked"? They could volunteer at about 10,000 places for the Summer.
Store owners.managers/employees should be able to protect their stores, property and people with WHATEVER FORCE is deemed necessary in the SOLE VIEW of that owner/manager/employee. If it were up to me, every parent of those criminal youth gang members would be fully charged with the crimes their kids committed, PLUS full restitution to the business for product replacement AND cleanup. Plus, every youth who had a previous criminal record and was let out on a diversion program, the prosecutors/judges that let them out ALSO need to be charged with the crimes these youth commit.
