There could be a chance they don’t say it because the episodes are being rushed now since this episode this week was made in only 2 weeks, the animators and team are being overworked and given strict deadlines so the quality might begin to drop.

This episode really shows how broken the disaster curses are. Dagon was basically an infant and was beating the piss out of Nanami, Naobito and Maki simultaneously. If he had more time to grow he could’ve been a problem

This episode also shows the power difference of a Special Grade curse capable of speech or has intellect (disaster curses) compared to the regular Special Grade curse that acts like an NPC with programmed move sets. 😅

This episode really showcased how versatile and deadly Dagon’s domain is. He can take you to a whole another dimension that resembles a beach and just spam tons of sea shikigami.
Also I love the breakdown to Naobito’s technique, I wonder how they was gonna animate it but they did it pretty well, same with Mei Mei.

If you remember the very start of the Shibuya Incident started with tons of people getting mysteriously sucked into the subway station without a trace; those were all the skeletons that Dagon consumed and spat out here.

To the manga readers who discovered him long ago. And the anime watchers who discovered him recently. To the manga readers who loved him for years. And the anime watchers who were blown away by his skills when the season began. They would all bear witness to the naked flesh of the one who set himself free. To the one who left it all behind. And his overwhelming intensity.
Narration quotes aside, this episode really put into perspective the difference of power. Nanami popped off against blondie 2 episodes ago. Beat the daylights out of him without breaking a sweat. But he wasn't kidding when he called himself the minimum level going forward. We learn that the beach we constantly saw in S1 was actually Dagon's Domain. Despite having two Grade 1's, Maki was getting thrashed, Nanami lost an eye and his flesh was torn in several places, AND the fastest Sorcerer aside from Gojo lost an arm. And the only reason they didn't take more damage or die is because Megumi was holding off Dagon's Domain with his own and halting the guaranteed hit. It was a 4V1 and they were still losing. So yeah. These curses are not to be played with. But now, a new challenger has appeared. Enter: Toji
Oh. And Mei Mei and Ui Ui continue to have a very strange and concerning dynamic. Good thing Ui Ui can do Simple Domain. But now those two are up against fake Geto. How fun.

Holy shit! This was nuts! I have wanted to see what Naobito could do and man that’s an interesting curse ability. As nasty as he is though, Dagon is giving him a run for his money. Things are looking bad for the trio till Megumi busts into the domain and Nanami starts going to work to protect him. Then anxiety spikes AGAIN when it looks like they’re not all gonna make it. Suddenly Toji pops up out of nowhere! Damn his entrance game is crazy. I wonder what is going to happen when he sees his family, but I REALLY want to see him give these cursed spirits the work. 🤘🏽
