Question, I am very confused on how to access or activate membership and membership videos. Are those on the site? Do I have to purchase the membership and input the code I was given? I would love some direction but I am confused on how to contact anyone for help so writing a comment here :)
Hi Ruthshel, Thanks for your inquiry! If you have received a code for free membership, you will add the membership to your cart and apply the code at checkout. You will then receive an activation email and will need to follow those steps to gain access to all of the membership benefits. You do not need a membership to access videos.
