    I was doing 1 hour am cardio and 1 hour pm cardio for my last show. On about 1500caloies on training days and 1300 on rest days for the last 2-3 weeks of my prep. Was hell. That's what happens when you speed run a prep starting out to fat lol. Dropped 40lbs in 16 weeks

      Yeah, that's brutal. When I start to get under 2000 calories my hunger is VERY high.

    Great podcast guys! Anthony, you’re a legend! I love how you’re keeping to LOVE and PASSION for bodybuilding in the fitness industry, you’re not just an “influencer”. As an upcoming content creator, I’m trying to do that same! I’m putting an emphasis on the actual sport rather than the gear focused downlighting phonk music RUclips shorts typa content 😂
