I was doing 1 hour am cardio and 1 hour pm cardio for my last show. On about 1500caloies on training days and 1300 on rest days for the last 2-3 weeks of my prep. Was hell. That's what happens when you speed run a prep starting out to fat lol. Dropped 40lbs in 16 weeks

Yeah, that's brutal. When I start to get under 2000 calories my hunger is VERY high.
