  • This is the first part of my series of creating Telegram bots in C# .NET Core. To start off, we are going to install Visual Studio and create our bot, with a simple echo command, and a command to get the current time.

    Hello, I have a question. I'm using Visual Studio Code to create this telegram bot, but there is an error. It's "The type or namespace "TelegramBotClient" could not be found are you missing an assembly reference". I think it's error from Visual Studio Code. Can you explain it and give me the solutions to solve it?

    great tutorial.
    does your bot scale? I mean this only uses one thread, right? so what would happen if we have lots of clients?

    • @williamscsharpwalkthroughs4316
      @williamscsharpwalkthroughs4316 2 года назад +1

      You'd need to configure the class of your C# app that is dealing with the HTTP events to filter for multiple clients.
      There are members of the library that ultimately allow you to do this.
      Setting up the process for this ad-hoc can be a little challenging, so I'm sure there are some networking patterns to help organise the way data is passed.
