Can we fix this 1990 Sega Game Gear

This was sent to me to use as spares but was missing a contrast wheel and needed new caps so I thought why not see if it has life???
Unknowingly to me this is my first time working on a Japanese Game Gear.

@@seanwilson7740 hey bud yeh was an odd one! Must’ve been one of the first models not sure also on the back of the case it’s HGG so it must be Japanese 😄
