Large enclosed heated, seasonal, air-conditioned pavilion with:
- Lots of windows, wood bench style seating along outside walls, and two ceiling fans
- Two buffet/serving tables
- Kitchen area with serving counter, two bay sink, range/oven, refrigerator and microwave 55 cup coffee pot
- 22 electrical outlets throughout
- Sixteen 12' folding tables with folding chairs
- Private restrooms inside
Playground, splashpad water playground, basketball court, tennis courts, soccer fields, Frisbee golf, small fishing pond, walking path that is now connected to the greenway, lots of open green space and par 3 golf course
