@princejeff You probably already know this but Balrgo's original name was M.Bison, and he was supposed to be a parody of Mike Tyson, but because America feared being sued and such, they changed his name to Balrog. This also resulted in Balrog in japan to being changed to Vega and Vega Japan to M.Bison. It sounds confusing, but basically the M.Bison, Balrog, and Vega we know all basically had name switches when brought over to the states. Originally they were Vega, M.Bison, and Balrog.
For those that don’t like Balrog as a fighter, just remember he’s the only character based on reality. No fireballs, sonic booms, or flying spinning piledrivers.
